What are the advantages of a separable bunk bed in a child's room?

You install two beds in a single room, so brothers and sisters can sleep in the same room. Then when your children become teenagers, the beds can be separated to install them in 2 different rooms.

With the purchase of a bunk bed, you preserve space in the room to set up a child's desk or storage wardrobe. However, these Milo separable bunk beds cannot be converted into a loft bed.

The ladder, made of wide and flat slats, can be fixed on the right or left depending on the furniture layout in the room.

The bunk bed is equipped with 2 solid Pine wood slatted bed bases that attach to the side panels. Important: the top bed base is not recommended for children under 6 years of age and people over 90 kilos, so an adult can only sleep on the bottom bed.

A storage drawer under the bunk beds will allow you to store sheets, toys and other accessories, or with a trundle bed base you can add a 3rd spare bed.

Important detail, the height dimension between the two bed bases of the bunk beds allows an adult to sit on the structure.

You will notice the raised sides of the top bed to provide safety for the child sleeping upstairs. The ladder with wide steps provides stability when climbing.

Our products comply with safety tests required by French and European standards. However, the high bed is strongly discouraged for young children under 6 years old for safety reasons.

Finally, to have complete children's beds, we recommend purchasing the 90x190 Bamboo Airsens mattresses which are anti-dust mite and antibacterial, made with viscose from Bamboo fibers for better ventilation and skin-friendliness.
