Buying a children's mattress remains complex, this choice will determine the quality of your child's nights so they can grow in the best conditions. Indeed, growth occurs during children's sleep, so it is necessary to sleep on a comfortable mattress, adapted to the child's needs.

All our models of ecological mattresses, to be found in the children's bed accessories, have a high density to accommodate young children and teenagers. Firmness is also an essential element for good sleep quality. All our products sold at Chambrekids are healthy and labeled Oeko-Tex and Certipur, and have an anti-allergenic, anti-dust mite and antibacterial treatment. Our children's mattresses are all manufactured with more or less firmness but always remain suitable for children.

You have the choice between children's bed mattresses of different foam thicknesses in 13 cm to place in a trundle drawer or in 16 cm foam to place on a classic bed base for a bunk bed, for example. The thickness does not detract from the cushioning capacity and the comfort of your children's nights.

Our children's and baby mattresses are reversible according to the season.

The Airsens mattress with its Bamboo ticking consists of two identical sides, in winter as in summer, you don't have to wonder which side should be placed on top. Its ventilation capacity through its honeycomb foam provides two refreshing and pleasant sides all year round.

Our organic cotton mattress is composed of two different sides: one "summer" to cool the body during hot seasons and the other "winter" to use during fall and winter. This allows keeping your child's body at room temperature without overheating to offer peaceful nights.

We advise you to always flip your mattress side with each sheet change to maintain the shape of the bedding and its support capabilities.


How to take care of your children's mattress?

First of all, prevention is better than cure, we advise you to attach a waterproof mattress protector of identical dimensions to your bedding. This will avoid wear stains over time and nighttime accidents that could occur. Our mattress protectors are waterproof and have a cotton side to add comfort and softness to your nights.

If there should be a stain on your children's mattress, we advise you to clean it with white vinegar diluted in water and rinse with a damp cloth. You can also use dish soap which must then be rinsed well with hot water.

Finally, it is necessary to choose the fitted sheet well to protect your mattress. The fitted sheet must have elastic corners to fit the shape of the mattress well. This allows the sheet to stay in place all night, especially with little ones who tend to move easily during their sleep.
