To preserve the quality and softness of your rug, we recommend following these simple tips:

  • Machine washable at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F).
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dry in direct sunlight.
  • If a thread is sticking out, carefully cut it with scissors. Never pull it.
  • Vacuum regularly on low power to remove dust without damaging the fibers.
  • In case of stains: clean quickly by dabbing and absorbing liquids.
  • Avoid using robot vacuums or devices equipped with beater bars.
