What is a trundle bed?

Set up a Nomade trundle bed and you have a classic sleeping arrangement and a pull-out bed that unfolds occasionally or for a long period. If you have two children sleeping in the same room, you can unfold the drawer and store it at bedtime and when waking up, thus keeping space in the room for a desk.

The 2 children's beds are separable to place the pull-out bed in another room. The pull-out bed consists of a metal frame that can accommodate an adult with a maximum weight of 100 kilos.

Chambrekids offers a trundle bed composed of two sleeping areas in detail measuring 90x200 cm and 90x190 cm, the main one consists of a slatted bed base in solid Pine that attaches to the side panels. The 4 feet of the furniture are made of solid Beech wood.

The pull-out bed consists in detail of a foldable metal structure with a flexible multi-ply slatted base, placed on small wheels to pull it out and slide it underneath. The trundle bed drawer includes a white front to preserve the Scandinavian design.

The Nomade trundle bed offers you a Scandinavian design mixing bright White and reflecting light in the children's room. By manufacturing our Nomade furniture with eco-friendly panels from sustainably managed forests, we contribute to the natural renewal of trees. The woods are presented either in 1.9 cm thick MDF panels, in solid Beech for the feet and in Pine for the bed base of the main children's bed. We apply a water-based paint without solvents dangerous for health and without volatile organic compounds.
