Chambrekids is committed to an ecological approach both in the quality of the components of their furniture and for their mattresses.
This is why we have chosen to collaborate with a manufacturer in line with our values. This is a French mattress manufacturer located a few kilometers from our factory. This proximity facilitates exchanges and allows us to attest to the quality of our products.
Our children's mattresses are made of bamboo fibers or entirely biodegradable fibers. These are natural fibers that allow the mattress to breathe and have hypoallergenic, anti-perspiration and antibacterial properties.
Certified labels for our baby and children's mattresses
All our children's mattresses are labeled CERTIPUR and OEKO TEX, we will specify the characteristics of these labels.

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 label is a certification system for all raw, semi-finished and finished textile products, which follows all processing stages.
OEKO-TEX's checks for harmful substances are oriented towards the intended use of the textiles and materials.
The OEKO-TEX certification of our mattresses and their various components ensures the absence of any trace of chemical or harmful products for health.
The CertiPUR label confirms manufacturers' strict compliance with not using CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons), components present in mattress foams that deplete the ozone layer.
CertiPUR also confirms that polyurethane foams do not contain mercury, lead or other heavy metals.
Finally, the CertiPUR label requires that our mattresses are manufactured without phthalates, and with very low VOC emissions into the air and therefore not dangerous for health.
Why is polyester found in our mattresses?
Polyester is now present everywhere in our decorative fabrics or clothing. This doesn't mean it's bad, quite the contrary.
There are different qualities of polyester, we have chosen high-end polyester to compose our children's mattresses.
It is a fabric that has many qualities. Mixed with natural fibers such as Bamboo or Cotton, for example, it provides better durability and resistance to stretching and wrinkling. Thus, the mattress fabric will not deform during the nights.
Another advantage of polyester in the mattress ticking is that it remains easy to maintain when washed and dried.
Baby mattress dimensions
For baby beds, you have a choice of mattresses in dimensions 60x120 cm, or 70x140 cm.
For children's beds, you have a choice of mattresses in dimensions 90x190 cm, 80x200 cm, 90x200 cm and the evolutive mattress in dimensions 90x140 cm which extends to 90x190 cm by adding its 90x50 cm mattress extension.
