1 - Define a sleeping area


According to their age, adapt the sleeping area without other spaces that could disturb your child's sleep, for example remove toys and rather place stuffed animals. Light this space with soft and soothing lighting like night lights or lamps with dimmer switches.

For the child's bed, choose a low bed so your daughter or son can be independent. If there are 2 children, you can choose either a bunk bed or a trundle bed where the second bed slides under the first one to save space.
